DECA International Trip

Hi, I'm Katielee Kaner. I'm a junior at South Forsyth High School and recently my partners and I were winners at the State DECA Competition! DECA is an association of marketing students. My partners and I did a community service project where we raised awareness and money for The AFLAC Cancer Unit at Scottish Rite Children's Hospital in Atlanta. This hospital is where I received chemo for ten months. In April of 2012 I was diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma, a type of bone cancer. It took ten months of chemo and three surgeries, but I can finally say that I am in remission! Now I want to share my story and help raise awareness for the AFLAC Cancer Unit, and I'm starting through DECA. Your donation will help me pay for my trip to the international DECA competition in Anaheim, California this April. Any amount donated will greatly appreciated!
