Send Ty to College!

Last night was important for all of the kids that graduated from West, but especially for this young man. Ty has been part of my son Ian's friend group since he came to West this year, but he only came into our lives about three months ago after his mom passed away from cancer, and he was left on his own. He recently moved in with another friend's family who is helping him deal with day to day life on his own and getting to college in the fall. 
All during his mom's illness, Ty maintained his grades and was accepted to Wisconsin Lutheran College in Milwaukee. His financial aid was  recently refiled and he has gotten as much aid as possible for the fall and spring. Unfortunately, Ty will need 6,000 to complete paying for his tuition, and he will need it soon. Ty is working at a pizza place this summer and picking up other odd jobs as possible. 
This is where we come in. The families who have been  involved in Ty's life are all impressed with the maturity and determination he has shown in such a difficult, traumatic situation. He is a bright, polite, gentle kid who understands he has one shot at making this work, and this is it. 
I am asking for your help. My son will be heading off to school soon, so will his friends. Ty has worked hard and overcome incredible obstacles to get to this place. He deserves a chance. Please donate and share this go fund me if you can.
