On Saturday the 20th of August while attending SMASH in Sydney. My sister and her Fiance had their entire days eaninings STOLEN from their stall at the convention.

Here is their post relating to the theft.

Had a great day a Smash & had a lot of great feedback at the night session as we were invited to exhibit after hours to help celebrate SMASH cons 10th anniversary.

Unfortunately to spoil the event in the last hour we had our entire takings stolen from our table... As you can imagine we are both quite devastated due to all the time & effort we spend creating Button Fox & it being our only source of income. We praise the efforts of the SMASH team & on site security for trying their best to help us but in the end without any eye witnesses there really isn't anything we can do about it. Sorry to be a downer & we are only posting this to help create awareness to all our fellow artist friends so that this doesn't happen to you too. This is a hard hit for us as a small business but all we can do is get back up & hope tomorrow is a better day...

This was truly sad, as while on their trip to Sydney they planned to visit a shop to buy material for her wedding dress but were no longer able to afford to do this.

This was so disheartening. :'(

Please help us regain their takings for this loss on the weekend and help us regain their hope in the public.

This business is their only form of income and their true passion.
