In The Fight Of Our Life

We are in for the fight of our life.... and we now have to ask for help.  Pat & I are fighting to save Chit Chats from being taken away from us by our landlord.
We pay our rent - we run an ethical business.  When we had a terrible landlord situation years ago, at our original location, we borrowed money, moved across the street, (to where we are now), and rebuilt... from below the ground up.  We signed a 20 year lease to protect our investment, planning on paying off the huge loan, and then running a business that we could be proud of.
Two years ago, a group purchased the property where we currently have our business, with only one plan in mind -- to get every tenant out, and tear everything down.  We've seen their plans - they've admitted it.
These landlords have tried over and over to "bully" us out.... threatening our customers,  blocking access to our business, becoming "slumlords" in taking care of our property .... all in an effort to maliciously take over.
We have excellent legal representation.
We have strength to emotionally take the constant harrassement.
We need help financially.
To fight this battle in the courts is going to cost us thousands that we don't have... My husband has said for years, that we have run a "non-profit" business, because we were always doing too much..... and now we need legal fees.
So we are asking for help.
But we make a promise to all who decide to help us.
If we can win this case, (and we have a very strong case).... 
We would get our legal fees paid back 
and therefore.... if we win this case.......every dollar that is given to help us - we will donate.
We would have the biggest party ever....
choose 2 or 3 or 4 charities that you help us pick.....
and we would donate back every dollar that was donated to us.
We are not doing this to make money.... we are emotionally asking for help ... to help us save Chit Chats.  It means the world to all of us .
