Help fix Aggy's broken heart

This is Agnes, a beautifully natured 12-week-old border collie x Newfoundland.
She has been diagnosed with a serious congenital heart defect (PDA) which means without surgery she is unlikely to make it through puppyhood.
As the defect is congenital, I cannot get insurance and the bare minimum it will cost to have heart surgery is £2,000, not including follow-up care. If I hadn't such a poor credit rating I'd take out a loan.
Because of the specialist surgery involved, it's not something the PDSA, nor Celia Hammond, nor the RSPCA, nor the Dog's Trust, nor the veterinary medical school, nor Battersea, can help with. I've checked.
Her operation needs to take place as soon as possible for the best chance of a good recovery. The bigger she gets, the less chances she has.
I would be extremely grateful for any donation, however small, towards the cost of her life-saving surgery.
