I would like to share news regarding one of our own who desperately needs our help & support. On April 1st our loving friend Lucia Marini DiBlasi
Was given the devastating diagnosis that her husband Salvatore DiBlasi has stage 3-4 Stomach Cancer. The game plan is, remove the stomach, & of course multiple rounds of chemo. If you know the family personally, then you know a few years back Lucia met her own health crisis and has been disabled, leaving Sal as the sole provider for his family. The current events leaves them vulnerable & financially challenged wondering how they will meet their daily expenses along with the medical bills.
Those of you that are from Port Chester are familiar with the Marini name, those of you that have not heard of them let me tell you a little bit about this amazing family. They are the ones who truly believe in given back to the community, they practice the motto” IT TAKES A VILLAGE”. They are usually the first in line to help a neighbor, friend, or stranger no questions asked. They sponsor many events, & fund raiser for so many organizations...and yes on the top of their list any cause that fights Cancer. So imagine how this loving, compassionate, & giving family feels when one of their own is battling this horrible disease. Now their sister & brother in-law are in need and face one of life’s difficult journey. This is a very deserving family who needs your kindness, and generosity. So please give, & repost. Share with family, friends, and anyone who can find it their heart to give. Every little bit helps, it is so appreciated! On a final note, please take a good look around you, if your loved ones are healthy, Thank the Good Lord and say a prayer for our friends. As they say Life changes in a NY Minute!!!!
