Support Florkime to the DNC!

My name is Florkime Paye and I am a delegate to the Democratic National Convention for Minnesota's 5th congressional district.

I would love for you to be a part of this journey by donating funds to help me get to the DNC. The average cost is around 3,500 which covers flights, mandatory hotel stay, event passes and food. I am hoping to get the funds by July 1st to purchase flight tickets as soon as possible.

As a woman of color, I saw first hand the effects of income gaps for women and minority
individuals, and the challenge it creates to positively impact with the youth in these
communities. This encouraged me to explore how I can make an impact in my communities
through systems and policy change. As a Liberian American, my family heritage has also propelled me to support Bernie sanders as a presidential candidate.

As a delegate for the Democratic National Convention, I will be able to represent my
community and the work we believe in, and continue to work on this platform at the
convention and beyond.
