paralyzed by distracted driver

My wife was stopped to make a turn and was rear ended at 60 mph is now paralyzed from the crash needing help because we are living on of a disability check needing to replace vehicle and to remodel bathroom to accommodate my wife a wheelchair accessible van and there will be a lot of traveling to and back from doctors
