help my family stay in our home

Hi! My name is Jason and this is my beautiful family of 10! And we currently are in danger of losing our home...
Let me start from the beginning of our struggle and how we got here....
I had to file bankruptcy 5 years ago because i fell behind on my mortgage. Shortly after, my youngest daughter, dakota, needed cranial surgery because of a mdication my wife was on during pregnacy.. A lawyer had promised a large amount of money (at least 300,000 to a mil)... Money was tight, and I was so sure of our case, that I made the mistake of putting off my regular payments...
2 years into the bankruptcy I got a letter saying that generic forms were protected... not good...
After i finished my original debt, I then had my bad decision to deal with.
I spent a year back and forth trying for a loan mod, but each time i submitted it, something else was wrong with it...
I was forced to file a 2nd time because the mod was taking so long, but got approved after I filed.
I had made all my payments since, but was 2 days late on the first payment, which caused the amount to go back to what it was, without my knowledge...
I can't lose my home... I have too much to lose and renting isn't an option( we have pets).
All donations received will go towards our arrearage so that my family may continue to have a roof over our heads.
I have 2 to 3 weeks to come up with the money and we have nowere else to turn... They mean the world to me, and I let them down. My 2 oldest children, emmie and dj, are out putting applications because they want to help, and knowing how awesome my family is keeps me striving to make this right...
