Hey there, I am a 22-year old recent graduate named Kaitlin!
I never really imagined myself using crowdfunding of any sort, but recent trials with graduating college and trying to find a suitable job have lead me here. With my dad having to pay two mortgages right now, and my depression/anxiety getting in the way of me continuing with my current job, I cannot afford to pay out the rest of my rent at my current apartment.
While my paychecks are several weeks away from being paid out to me, my current bank account balance is in the red and I truly need help getting out. I am actively searching and applying for a new job, but there is no saying when I might find one.
All of the money raised here will be used to pay my rent, food, and gas. I need to gather at least $735 to cover rent for the rest of May and June. I've set my goal to $900 in a hopes of getting additional funds to buy some groceries and gas for my car.
I recognize this is very short notice, but it would be best if I could raise the money in the next two weeks. At the latest, I need the money to be raised by June 7, 2016.
I cannot express enough how much your support would mean to me. I've been struggling with emotional breakdowns for the past few weeks due to anxiety over my job and financial situation. Just giving $1 to this campaign would make me smile and feel a little bit better about everything going on! As of now, I cannot think of a better way to raise this much money so quickly, and I know there is no way for me to repay your kindness.
