Treatment for my chronic pain

In 2013 I had a failed spinal fusion that resulted in permanent nerve damage in my L4 nerve and have been left with constant pain in my lower back. Doctors call this "failed back surgery syndrome".

I have been struggling since then to manage the pain but nothing has helped. I lost my job full time job that I loved and have repeatedly ended up in the ER in so much pain I feel like I'm dying. On top of this I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder that makes all my joints hurt. The stress of all of this has started giving me migraines which I am also having a hard time finding a medication that actually works to get rid of them. I know if I wasn't under so much stress I woulnd't be getting these headaches. 

I am out of pain management options except for an experimental procedure where they intravenously deliver ketamine. My insurance won't cover it but it has helped so many people in pain get their life back. I just want to go back to my career and have somewhat of a normal life again.

All money raised will go to paying for the treatment and travel expenses to get to the clinic in NY since there isn't anywhere local to me that offers this.

I don't sleep much because of the pain and it's caused me severe depression. I just want to be able to take care of myself and get back to work and hopefully some day have kids.
