Help Protect Hali

I'll just be blunt, I went through HELL and BACK protecting my daughter Hali. I went from 0 days, to every other weekend & 4 hours on Wednesdays, to every other week 50/50, to what I got now which is sole LEGAL AND PHYSICAL CUSTODY,  while her mom sees her every other weekend supervised during the school year and only two 8 hour days supervised during the summer. I fought long and hard for my daughter and I are very proud of not only my daughter herself, but also myself for not backing down and doing what is right as a father. The trouble is I need to continue this fight as my daughter's mother has filed to gain unsupervised visits and more time as she feels the current arrangement is not suitable for her schedule. My problem is that she has since married a man by the name of Michael Scott Asper who is a convicted CHILD MOLESTOR. I have not shared this with many , but a few really close friends due to the embarrassment and privacy of my daughter and myself. This man is very dangerous, he has molested a 2 year old baby girl and an 11 year old boy in his time along with numerous other arrest, which include obstructing justice, aggravated stalking, assault and battery, failure to comply with sex offender registry, misdemeanor stalking, assaulting and resisting arrest, along with the CSC 1st degree, and CSC 2nd degree. Proof is in the pictures just take a second to look. I am embarrassed, but not because this concerns my daughter's innocence and possibly life, but that I myself as a father can not control this situation and the courts will. I would not be able to live with myself if my daughter was to be in his presence, in which the judge has said is inevitable unless I can prove Michael to be a current threat since his sexual molestations happened over 10 years ago.
I'm asking for this to hire legal advisory and representation as I have dropped alot (most) of my savings into a down payment and updates on a first home. I did not expect this to hit me. Please any dollar and even any share will help. Please help me protect and save my daughter's innocence.
