My name is Alice Girle and I love to sing...
Rockhampton born and bred, I have been studying and performing music all my life. I hold a Bachelor of Music Performance from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and have recently been accepted into Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. This is an opportunity I never imagined I would have, and I am so excited to undertake postgraduate study at one of the best music institutions in the world. I believe the Guildhall School will provide the highest level of training to support my life long dream of a career on the stage. The experience and qualification gained would open doors for me worldwide. Not bad for a kid from country Queensland!

Unfortunately, I am not in a position to finance the high cost of international fees for the course, and that is why I am asking for your help. I have already secured some funding: a partial scholarship from Guildhall, grant from The Opera and Arts Support Group, private sponsorship and also a personal loan.
The $13,000 on this campaign will allow me to pay the remaining tuition fees... Anything beyond that will assist with living and course related costs.
I am racing against the clock with a deadline and non-refundable course deposit due on 10th July.
Every penny towards my campaign will be received with HUGE gratitude.. Hugs will be available to all donors!! I understand if you are not in the position to assist financially, but would greatly appreciate your help sharing my campaign. Or, even your words of encouragement as I embark on this exciting journey!
