My close friend, Virginia, has always had a passion for animal rescue. She has donated so much time, money & heart into spaying, neutering and finding homes for rescued cats and dogs.
She has asked me, as well as some other friends of ours, to create our very own non for profit rescue that serves both forks of Long Island. Our new rescue is called The North Fork Country Kids. Our biggest challenge so far has been coming up with money to begin spaying and neutering our kittens that we have acquired. This is a pretty big expense for us since we are just getting this rescue group off the ground. We are asking for any donation that could aid in helping us getting these kittens and dogs fixed so we can get them adopted. We would appreciate any amount that you can give.
