100 UZima Water Filters

Over 3.5 million people die each year from water borne diseases, most are children under the age of five years old.  Brookwood High School's AP Environmental Science classes want to collect money to send to UZimafilters.org for their water filters.  Uzima has designed a filter that costs only $30 and is useful for a family of 5 for up to 5 years!  We are trying to send the message to our community that plastic water bottles end up in a landfill, so this week let's take the $ we were going to spend on them and instead donate it for uZima filters!  Please help us with this great cause, these young people feel empowered to "act local, but think global"!!!
