Hi my name is Jade, I am 25 years old. I am a fully qualified dancer/ performer, however at the moment I would really like to get back to my full time job as Assistant Manager for Pandora.
Regrettably on 27th March 2016 I had a serious Road Traffic accident, I am lucky to be alive but have suffered a traumatic injury whereby I lost my dominant right hand.
I can't wait to get my life back to normal and am desperate to get the bebionic hand, the website for this is: (bebionic.com). This hand will give me the opportunity for a normal life; giving me independence to handle almost anything from eating meals, carrying bags to opening doors, and being able to go back to work. Unfortunately this hand is not available on the NHS therefore I am trying to raise the money towards this.
The hand is very expensive it has 14 different grip and hand positions the bebionic artificial hand has been designed to look as real as possible, each finger allows you tomove the hand and grip in a natural co-ordinate way, allowing me to go back to work and lead a normal life.
I would be truly grateful for any donation to help me raise money to be able to afford a bebionic hand that will help me to do everything I was able to do before my accident. Any donations made that exceed my target will be donated to The Plastic ward at Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital.
Being able to get this hand will help make me feel like the person I used to be.
