21 Venezuelan Refugee Kids In Need of Shoes
Donation protected
CAMPAIGN CLOSED! WE REACHED OUR GOAL! Many thanks for all the great donations and for your generosity. We will post photos and more information on the shoes and the kids. Thanks again.
Bought - Packaged and ready for delivery - Thanks again.
There are 21 children in a temporary shelter on the outskirts of Brasilia without any footwear. These kids have just arrived from the war-torn and poverty-stricken nation of Venezuela. We are seeking donations to help these kids get socks and shoes before the government moves them on.
Last year my 14 year old cousin, Natalya, and I started a charity we call Souls-in-Need out of a desire to help poor kids in need of shoes. Our first campaign was very successful as we raised over $1,200 for 91 kids in a school outside of Brasilia.
Natalya lives in Brazil and has already contacted the person over the shelter and they are prepared to make this happen for the kids.
We will try to post photos of the smiling kids like we did last year when we made 91 kids so happy - but the refugee shelter may not allow us to take photos. But the shoes will be greatly appreciated.
