2019 IPF World Classic Powerlifting Championship

I been powerlifting for about two years now and it has changed my life for the better. It saved me from my self-destructive patterns and helped me break free from the cyle of anorexia. I stated  competing a year ago and it was the best experience of my life and I knew that this would be somthing I would love to  invest my time and energy into. I hired an amazing coach, Joe Stanek, and together we have been hitting milestones so far, one of them being qualified and invited to compete at Worlds in Sweden. I have been working my butt of when I am training in the gym and when I’m working because I have this goal that drives me and I’m doing the absolute best I can to achive it.
