2018 Annual Prosser Alumni Picnic

Hello Falcon Family,
The 2018 Annual Prosser Picnic this year will be on August 11, 2018. We are asking for your helping again so we can have another successful picnic this year!
Last year we raised $2421, $2,203.48 after go fund me fees, plus additional earnings from the sales of Shirts and a few donations at the picnic itself. Well, let me just say, it helped soo much. Your response was unbelievable! We were able to pay the grove permit, all the fees from the park, food, gave a donation to the DJ’s and the cook, and even paid fines for citations that were issued (Will not happen this year). We have paid for the grove for this year 2018 and still have $335.61 left.
We are now moving forward and will need to start paying for this year’s fees, food. If you were at last year’s then you know the money donated went a long way! This year again, we will be providing the following and is why we need your help:
Main dish (Meats)
Dinnerware
Park Permits (music, port-a-potty, generator)
Water
Supplies
ICE
Port-a-potty
Dishes for communal sharing are welcomed so please just let us know what you are bringing if you would like to contribute! We would like to keep track so we don’t get too many duplicate dishes. It is also a BYOB, so go ahead and bring your drink of choice, just no glass or bottles.
Our new committee is starting to get together and will soon be on its way!
With that said, again we are asking for a donation of $5 or more. Anything will help, no donation is too small or too large.
Also, please help us get the word out by forwarding this to any falcon you may have on your friend list.
