2019 Thanksgiving Dinner Event

Dearest family, friends, and businesses,
We have some exciting news to share! For over 27 years The Hudson Fish & Game Club, INC of Hudson, New Hampshire members and volunteers, have provided COOKED and DELIVERED, hot Thanksgiving dinners, ON THANKSGIVING DAY, to those whom are less fortunate, disabled, elderly, of the communities surrounding and including Hudson, NH. We also feed families and individuals at our club, ON THANKSGIVING DAY.
In order for this to be a success each year, we need to reach out to the members of the community and community businesses, and anyone else for help. More importantly, we need to be made aware of the families who would benefit from this event. We do receive in-kind donations, but the monetary donations help in paying for the additional needs and food not provided. ALL MONIES COLLECTED, that is 100% of the donations, go specifically to this event. Nothing goes towards any club operating expenses. The members VOLUNTEER their Thanksgiving Day to make this event a success.
In 2018, we delivered 502 meals, and served approximately 200 additional meals at the club. This year we are looking at more elderly and disabled individuals to feed for Thanksgiving. We are always PROUD of this event as it allows us to give thanks and express gratitude to our community.
Any volunteer support for the event will be greatly appreciated. Monetary donations will also be accepted; this assists the club in defraying costs in purchasing additional food, necessary food packaging items, and equipment, that make this event possible.
