Our Murrieta 18U Allstar Softball Team is heading to the USA Western Nationals Softball Tournament in Roseville, CA and we could use your help.
Any donation is very much appreciated. $5, $10, $20 or more helps!
Tournament Dates: July 24-29, 2018
My husband, Ken Powell, is the head coach for the team. We also have 2 fantastic assistant coaches, Bob Dyar and John Brown. Our girls have worked extremely hard and so far have accomplished an amazing season record. We have played in 7 tournaments and made it to 7 championship games (four 1st place and three 2nd Place).
This past weekend we became the 2018 State Champions in Lancaster, Ca.
Now we are preparing to journey to Roseville Ca in 2 weeks with a goal of bringing home 1st Place hardware for our community. Our team won Nationals last year and this team definitely has it in them to realize this goal. Nationals is the pinnacle of achievement for our organization. We have a handful of girls on our team that will age out after this season and cannot play next year. We would love for them to retire from softball with the wonderful memories of enjoying their last nationals tournament.
We would appreciate any help that you might be able to offer our girls! The funds will go towards the transportation, lodging and our 1 big team building event this year (white water rafting).
