Holiday Blessing Bags (Homeless)
My 9-year-old daughter and I are working together with Ktizo Church to raise funds to fill backpacks with necessities to donate to the homeless. Funds raised will go directly towards purchasing the items listed below. Thank you for joining us and contributing to this community effort.
No donation is too small. $1 can purchase a toothbrush. At the end of the day, if we each contribute a little, it's enough to fill a bag once it's added up. It's not just about the donation but the way your contribution will impact someone. Thank you for helping them feel loved and remembered.
Small backpacks will be filled with a variety of items that fit inside such as:
-bottle of water
-toothbrush
-toothpaste
-soap
-lotion
-chapstick
-wipes
-pair of socks
-hat
-scarf
-comb
-feminine hygiene products
-soft chewable snacks
-grocery store gift card
-gift card to local barbershop/hairdresser for a haircut
-list of local resources
-note of encouragement with your name on it
