MAY 12 IS NATIONAL FIBROMYALGIA AWARENESS DAY!

Kentuckiana Fibromyalgia Support Group is a 501c3 nonprofit organization founded in February 2009, aimed at offering education, awareness and support to those living with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Pain. Please visit our website at www.kentuckianafm.org for more information.

For 6 years we have served the needs to individuals and families who felt they were alone in their struggle and am asking your assistant to help further our efforts

In our continued effort to bring together our members and community we are sponsoring a public Fibromyalgia Awareness Day Picnic on May 17th from 2-6pm at Festival Plaza in Waterfront Park, which honors the national annual awareness day on May 12. This year's message is "Your Voice Matters" and is part of the NFMCPA awareness campaign
You can help us by providing funds in the form of a grant or by donating goods and services.

Your cash donation helps to pay the fees associated with Watefront Park Development Events, food, supplies, printing, awareness materials and organization overhead costs.

Part of our proceeds from this event also benefit the National Fibromyalgia & Chronic Pain Association (NFMCPA) to assist in further research in chronic pain and fibromyalgia. Their website is www.fmcpaware.org.

KFSG also has a business account set up at Your Community Bank where you can simply make a deposit by informing the teller you'd like to make a charitable donation to Kentuckiana Fibromyalgia Support Group.
