It has been almost 4 months since I kissed Mike goodbye and told him to have fun up north. Now i kiss him goodbye to say I will see you tomorrow when i visit at All About Life rehabilitation center due to his ATV accident on Aug 13th and the brain injury he suffers from.
He was so happy to be off work, going up north, and landing Houston/Green Bay tickets! He was his usual sarcastic, funny, and low key sappy self lol... I now pray that each of those qualities come back to him and the best way of having that is to get him to a Traumatic Brain Injury rehab. To get physical therapy & speech therapy. I miss hearing his voice and all the sarcasm that comes out of it
Many of you have asked if Mike or I needed anything, this is where all of you fit in.. due to insurance issues , because they label Mike as a custodial care..claims are not being paid. I wouldn't ask for anything from anyone however I hate to see all Mike's hard work and 22 years as an engineer be swept away because of a split second that now has changed his life forever.
Mike will have to endure enough with trying to piece things back together, all the rehab he will need , and the reality of his new life.
So if i could please ask for help in this financial situation I would forever be great full!!
I love this man with every bit of my being and want what's best for him.
