HELP Rebuild Stolen Beach Wheel Chair

On 1/28/13 thoughtless thieves stole my custom built beach wheel chair from my new home in the middle of the night. With the help of KSBW Action News 8, local police, social media and anonymous tips it was located and returned. Unfortunately it was stripped and damaged beyond use!
With public awareness I am hoping to find someone within my community that can help restore it back to safe, working condition. The original manufacture went out of business so I'm not sure who to turn to.
This chair is priceless! After being in a wheel chair 3/4's of my life it gave me freedom to have fun again! Fun with my family I missed out on in my own youth.
