Ronnie’s Recovery

On October 25, 2019 Ronnie was involved in a bad motorcycle accident. While traveling home, a car had made a left turn into a business and cleared right in front of Ronnie. The car that was following didn’t pause to check if there was any oncoming traffic and just booked it without hesitation. At the very last minute, the driver noticed Ronnie but it was too late. The driver smashed the front of the pickup truck into Ronnie’s left leg, his motorcycle skidded across the road and crashed right into the side walk causing Ronnie to fly up into the air and thump down into the sidewalk. Trying to make sense of what just happened, Ronnie tried to stand up only to see his bones were pierced through his shin and was in agonizing pain. Ronnie had to go through multiple surgeries to save his leg from being amputated and skin grafts to recreate his leg. Ronnie will need to do extensive physical therapy and will have at least 6 months of physical therapy to be able to walk again. As a barber, he will now be out of work for a long time and the family is graciously asking for any heartfelt contributions to help us through these next few months. Thank you and God bless.
