Artyom ( Tommy) Chernioglo was the oldest of 6 boys & the first grandchild to the Prokopchuk family.
He was in the ICU for over 5 days fighting for his life . He had a lot of of tests ran on him and procedures. The financial burden is extremely heavy on the family.
On July 29, 2019, at the age of 21, Tommy went home to be with our Heavenly Father. He was a loving and caring man with a big heart that was always willing to put others needs before his own.
