Save Stella

My dog Stella is sick. As I sit typing this in the vet's office, I only know that she has fluid building up around her heart and stomach. But I know I don't have the money immediately on hand to help her. I love this dog and I don't know where else to turn. I'm asking for $5,000 to cover a high estimate of the medical bills, because we don't know enough yet to have a concrete estimate. Please help me...
