Amanda McHarg's cancer wish

Amanda has been granted her dream of attending a musical festival called Sziget in Budapest. This wish was granted by Cameco’s Touchdown for Dreams, a foundation that grants nine wishes a year to women with life-threatening cancer.Amanda was diagnosed at the age of 18 with terminal stage 4 metastatic melanoma. For two years now, she has been bravely battling cancer on different immunotherapies while in and out of hospitals. Her sense of humour and kind heart has inspired everyone who has been blessed to be a part of her journey. She is so far the youngest applicant for Cameco’s Touchdown for Dreams. Cameco has been phenomenal with working with Amanda but they cannot cover all the expenses an international trip brings about.
