Art Student Needs Month Fee Paid

Hey, I am Isa, I'm 19and im a portuguese Fine Arts student studying in Universidade do Porto, Oporto, Portugal currently on the first year. I dont have much help from my parents and honestly they cant afford more. Unfortunately i have no money to pay my fees. Im in debt four months (99,90€/each) and 55€ that was the price of my history exam. With what i got for my bday, had saved and earned selling paintings i can afford three months already. But i have to pay that month and that exam until the end of the month or i wont finish the year. In fact if i dont pay i have to repeat the whole year and ill lose all the money i already invested. Pls help me pay college and keep studyin so i can graduate.
