Help me go back to London

Hello guys! My name is Edward. I am a Chinese who studies his masters degree in London. I travelled to Brussels, on the 7th for an exhibition. I was supposed to stay one night, as I had a lot of work for the end of the semester (A submission on the 20th...) And.... I am still here one week after and will probably be trapped an entire month! Let me explain you how that happened.
I was waiting at Brussels Midi Station for my bus to go back to London. I was on my phone just for a minute and... MY BACKPACK WAS STOLEN.
If you are asking: Yup, my wallet was in it. Worst of all, I lost my UK residence permit (BRP). Well, I had no ID, no clothes, and were from now on illegally in an unknown country I couldn't even leave :(
I have spent the entire week going from the police, to the embassy, the consulate, the VISA centre, the mall to get some cloths or a toothbrush by example. Every procedures I tried to get back quickly to the UK did not work. I really needed the "Replacement BRP visa": a true nightmare! another week to wait for an appointment and three weeks to finally get the document!! But this little journey isn't only a waste of time:
For the travel document and visa in Belgium: 275£, for the BRP, the keys of my flat: 400£. And there are also life expenditures in Belgium.
These are too heavy for me as a full-time student. Unfortunately, I don't have any travel insurance at present to cover my losses. So I hope you can give me a little support, for me to reduce some financial pressure. Thank you in advance for your help!
