Bella Surgery

Today was a bad day. Was walking Bella today on or normal walk, and she got bit by 2 bigger boxer mixed dogs. Shes pretty torn up. The dude dosent want to step to the plate. I have no insurance every little bit would help. I'm so embarrassed to even ask for help. Thank you so much.
