Help Sherlock and watson

We found two kitties in our parking lot on a cold rainy day in a pillow case. Someone had just dumped them there. We took them in and would like to adopt them out but they need to get neutered and vaccines first. Please help us so we can find these beautiful and sweet boys a permanent loving home.
