Help Jennifer and Chronos with broken leg!

Many of you know Jennifer Conners and what a wonderful, caring person she is and how much she loves her dogs and does everything she can to give them the best care possible.  Sometimes disasters happen and possibilities are stretched.  Well, disaster struck and Jenn's 1 1/2 year old Cattledog baby, Chronos broke his leg.  Jenn has aspirations of doing performance sports with Chronos - agility, herding, rally.  In order for that to be part of their future, Chronos needs surgery to make sure it heals correctly.  This surgery will cost around $4000 at VCA. Other vets will not do the surgery because of how complicated it is. This is on top of the $1,300 that was spent on xray and splint just to get him stable. Anyone who has been in this position knows what a horrible feeling it is to have to figure out if you can afford to provide the best possible care for your dog or if you have to settle for something less.  At this time, Chronos is stable, but will have to have surgery by Wednesday, May 15th to make sure his leg heals properly.  Jenn has helped so many people and their dogs.  We're hoping that there are people out there who are able to help her and her baby.  We greatly appreciate any help that you can give!  Thank you!   Donations can be dropped off at PineAcre Kennels or Roo's Holistic Pet Supplies if you prefer in person.
