Help For Rex's Surgery

My 10 year old dog Rex got out of our yard this afternoon (5/9/19) and was attacked by our neighbors dog. He is currently hospitalized and having emergency surgery and will remain in the hospital for 1-3 days. Rex is my 1st furbaby and I will do anything to save him. Please consider helping. Please.
