Sand For The Riding Arena

Our family's horse property, Angelica Run Farm has been a staple in Vienna, Va for 44 years. We have managed to offer the opportunity of horseback riding lessons in Fairfax County despite hardships that have occurred. We have overcome many challenges to upgrade an old facility but there is more roofing to be done. It has taken priority over adding footing in the ring that was moved to accommodate boundary changes. We have completed major roofing projects taking all excess funds. We need this money to purchase sand to soften the riding ring surface. Sand provides a much more forgiving surface to our horses. Many of our wonderful lesson horses are aging and need an inch of sand to lessen the concussion on their legs. We are asking for your help to get this project started. This task seems unobtainable at this time, but with your help, it can be done. With $1500, we can purchase the first truckload of sand, which would make a world of difference. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
