Hello everyone. My name is Charlie Ragland and many of you knew my mother Lashawn “Shawn” Ragland. She was a friend, sister, aunt, grandmother, but most of all she was a mother. As many of you know, my sister lost her battle with cancer a little over two years ago and now our mother has gained her wings.
