180 Style Challenge
Donation protected
Hi! My name is Ingrid, welcome to my personal fashion experiment in sustainability! It aims to inform and bring awareness about fast fashion while raising funds for a good cause. I am challenging myself to wear the same black dress for 180 days.
The goal is to learn more about how to become more conscious in my fashion choices as well as educate and inspire others. I will donate money that I would have spent on new clothing to two charitable causes.
The first is the St. Joseph Project, Masterpiece Campaign, raising money for a much-needed new school campus for St. Joseph Elementary in Kelowna. The second is the Institute Mixte Remax (IMR) school, a free, community school located in Montrouis, Haiti, a small fishing village on the west coast of Haiti.
I invite you to help me reach my goal of $5000 to help these awesome causes.
I am so excited about discovering the possibilities of making fashion more sustainable; an issue with large social, economical and environmental ramifications. And I am very happy to be able to do something tangible with it.
For more information and to view a daily photo of the dress styled in a different way, visit www.180stylechallenge.com
