Bemidji'15 Cal Ripken World Series!

The 10 yr old Cal Ripken team from Bemidji needs financial help!!
The team won the Regional competition held in Nebraska, and will be playing in the Cal Ripken World Series in Jonesboro, Arkansas!
The team has already spent the entire summer travelling almost every weekend to compete, and recently travelled to Nebraska where they earned the right to compete at the Cal Ripken World Series. In addition to winning the regional tournament, they were honored to receive the Norm & Colleen Travis Sportsmanship Award- a high honor indeed.
The team leaves on August 6th, to make the 1000+ mile journey to represent Minnesota and their region- it's a huge honor and a once-in-a-lifetime event, but it comes with a similarly huge pricetag. It's estimated that for each player and two parents to attend, it will cost over $2,500! The families are already cash-strapped, and need help to get this team to the Cal Ripken World Series.
This GoFundMe campaign is to cover LOGISTICAL costs only- it will NOT be used for sight-seeing, extranneous activities or frivolous expenses. All funds raised will go to the families to reimburse them the cost of seeing their sons represent Bemidji, Minnesota, and the Region at the 2015 Cal Ripken World Series.
Even if you can only spare $5, every little bit helps.
