It's finally time for 13GEM to have its own gym location!
13GEM has been in existence for two years now and is starting to grow rapidly. The only limiting factor to growth right now is gym availability. The reason I cannot operate a Summer Camp this year is due to the lack of a reliable indoor space to conduct our activities. I have parents asking me for classes and camps but I cannot provide them because I do not have the space. I have an amazing afterschool program that is interested in 13GEM providing sports programming throughout the school year and I cannot because every other gym is running their own afterschool program at that time. I am literally turning parents and organizations down when they ask to enroll in my programs because I do not have the space to run the programs... And it hurts.
I have finally reached my goal of creating a 5-day-per-week class schedule with a consistent afterschool program, but I do not have any place to put it. This can be eliminated with a 13GEM Gym rather than renting space from other locations. This GoFundMe is designed to help me with the start-up costs of opening the first 13GEM Gym ever! My vision is that it will be the first of many.

As a teacher, I get LOTS of gift cards to various locations- ESPECIALLY Starbucks! The only problem is that I don't drink coffee or coffee related beverages. All gifts are appreciated, however, I want to tell yall that the ONLY thing I want is my own gym. That is the only reason that I have set up this GoFundMe- instead of putting $5-$10 on a gift card, it would be infinitely more helpful to put that $5-$10 into this campaign. EVERY LITTLE CENT WILL BE NEEDED AND APPRECIATED!
I have recieved so much support from the Washington homeschool community that my heart is overflowing. I honestly want to create the ultimate social/hangout/exercise/sports location where homeschoolers from all over the area know they can go any day and time of the week for exercise, community, and fun!
And thank you to Erin B. for inspiring me to resurrect this campaign. I feel guilty asking for money (which is why I allowed this to become dormant), but unfortunately I need more money than I have to provide the services I want for the community. Thank you for any support in any form.
