12th Annual BACK 2 SCHOOL
Charity Fundraiser.
Lawrence, Massachusetts - A place that I call home. A place where many are on low income and struggle on a daily basis just to make ends meet. So for the past 11 years I have done what I could to help the less fortunate by providing book bags & school supplies to many children within the area. In the early days, I used to go completely out of pocket but as the years went by, the amount of children was growing and growing. So much that I had to find a way to seek sponsors / donations. In the past, some of my 80s music celebrity friends have even contributed to this cause. Names include Gloria Estefan, Sheila E and Debbie Gibson.
Now on the 12th year, it's time to do this all over again. This time I am a bit behind as we have a little over a month to raise the funds, purchase the items and arrange the years park festivities that include a Pizza Party and Give Aways.
Since the time is limited this year, I have provided some ebay links to some Book Bags that are in need, you could make the purchase and have sent direct to me. Message me for shipping address if you dont already have it.
