I have been selected to participate in the 2017 Miss Georgia USA Pageant this coming November. At the pageant, I will compete under the title of Miss Douglas County USA. I am honored to represent my county and look forward to making you all proud.
For those of you who do not know me as well as others, I am a graduate of the University of Alabama. At the university, I earned a bachelor degree in Telecommunication and Film with a concentration in Broadcast News. Since graduating, I have published several articles and photos in local publications. I am the co-founder of Hardy Elite Sports which focuses on enriching the lives and enhancing the skills of young boys through the game of basketball. Also, I am currently working as the Electronic Records and Information Coordinator with the Board of Commissioners Office of Douglas County.
My family and friends would describe me as kind, driven, intelligent, confident, family-oriented, and strong in faith. I love all things creative and thrive from positive energy. I would rather have sunny days but I understand in order to appreciate them, you must experience the rain.
The Miss Georgia USA is going to be an incredible event and I am excited to be a part of it but in order to compete at my highest potential, I am going to need your help. I am asking for sponsors and donations to support me on my journey to the pageant. All sponsorship and donations will cover registration fees, competition wardrobe, physical training, pageant coaching, travel, and headshot. The top twenty sponsors will receive advisement in the official Miss Georgia USA program. Business sponsors will be able to write off their sponsorship as a tax deduction.
I know that with your support and prayers, I will use this phenomenal opportunity to showcase “everything Lena” as I compete for the title of Miss Georgia USA.
