Megaman Legends Tabletop RPG

Hi, for a little over a year now i have been creating a Tabletop RPG; similar to games like Dungeons and Dragons. This game was made from scratch and will be based on the video game Megaman Legends. I was hoping to have this help our revival movement for Megaman Legends 3. I plan on introducing this game are Anime Conventions and at GenCon if possible (now to go to Gencon in 2013), mostly to raise awareness of our movement and to build a larger fan base. i am almost done with the rulebook but i am currently bringing it into Indesign, but i am missing some thing; images and graphic design elements. i have found an artist that is willing to design for the book but he is requiring money because of the massive amount of images he would have to draw, he is only charging 1$ - 20$ per image. i have about 170 pages in my Rulebook so i am looking to have 125-150 Images for the book.
