Help me pay for my dog's surgery

My name is Naoma Byrnes, and the one-and-a-half year old dog on my lap is named Zither. I live with my mom and sister in Iowa. Due to circumstances beyond our control, money is extremely tight in our little family, leaving not a lot left over for emergencies.
My dog Zither is very sick with a gastrointestinal problem. He has not been able to eat in about three days and is throwing up everything we give him. I desperately need to take him to the vet, but the estimated cost of a normal vet checkup is about $50. In addition, the veterinarian wants to do bloodwork and run X-rays, which will cost about $200 extra. I can barely afford to pay for a normal checkup, let alone the extra fees and costs for internal testing.
I can cover some of Zither's upcoming appointment costs, but I need help to pay for the rest of the fees. I need about $150 to completely pay for a full screening panel to determine what is wrong with Zither and how to help him recover.
