Michelle's Kicking Cancer In Korea

My friend Michelle Glassburner is battling Colon Cancer.  She is midway through chemotherapy and she's a fighter.  With medical bills and 2 kids in college, her dream of going to the Korea Taekwondo Leadership Camp seems so remote for her.  In an instructor's forum, I asked who had planned to go to Korea Camp and one of the many posts was Michelle posting "I wish" . . . well, maybe I can grant the wish with a little help from my friends and her friends . . . and even a stranger or two.  I figure it would only take 200 friends donating $20.00 to make this wish come true.  

Michelle is the hardest working martial artist I know.  She's humble and giving, as well as focused and driven.  I want her dream to come true.  Michelle embodies the Songahm Spirit of Taekwondo, and by the April 2016 Tour she will be finished with chemo and strong and this trip will be a celebration of life and love for ATA Taekwondo . . . and a celebration of friendship.

*****The reception and donations for this wish have been overwhelming.  Thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart.   We can not only get Michelle to this fantastic trip, we will be able to renew her passport, have travel accomodations to the Hub City including an overnight stay for rest, and money for her meals not covered during the trip.   Any extra funds will go to help cover Michelle's out of pocket medical expenses for her cancer treatments. 

I started this as a dream for someone else, but seeing this support has given me  overwhelming joy!
