Send Trystian to the beach

Trystian is almost done. He was diagnosed May 29th, 2012 and will finish in Early August 2015.  Leukemia was quite a battle, but he won the war. WHY the beach? He went for a few hours on his Make-A-Wish trip and found peace. Being on meds, and sick though his days in Disney land he often wanted time to rest more than be in the park. We went to Huntington Beach ---for 2.5 hours as a pit stop on the way to the airport---and he smiled the whole time. After that anytime people asked about his trip he told them about the beach. He made art for auctions with beach scenes and begged to go back to "Disney land at the beach." We have done our best locally to have beach time (Orcas island is our home-away-from-home) but Washington beaches just don't compare. The goal here is to celebrate the end of cancer...for him. If we raise 1/4 of the amount we will find a beach if we over raise we will take him on a Disney cruise or to Disney Hawaii. He loves his brothers and includes Disney...for them.  We love and appreciate the support through this battle. This is how we have chosen to send cancer out of our lives and re-invite adventure, travel, living life uninhibited, and telling Trystian he is brave and we appreciate how hard he battled.
