Legal Fees for Paul Hard

Paul Hard, a professor at Auburn University in Montgomery Alabama, lost his husband, Charles Fancher, some four years ago in an automobile accident. He was not allowed by hospital or Charles' family to be by his husbands side when he passed. He has fought legal battle after legal battle since then. Finally, he was granted a death certificate showing him as Charles' spouse. Now his mother-in-law has filed a suit to prevent him from receiving the wrongful death payment due him.
