Mom of 2 relapses after 4 years

-You know, I've been debating for weeks if I really wanted to make one of these..because I hate asking for help...but this time around has been tough & definitely harder than the first time I went through this 5 years ago..maybe because I forgot what it felt like to be this sick or it’s because I now have 2 children that I need to make time for...but This time we have to drive 30 minutes(sometimes 40 if we have to go to Milwaukee) to and from the hospital everyday, 5 days in a row for one treatment..an infusion of Irinotecan each day..we have an suv (easiest with 2 Kids) and the gas isn’t cheap..what we’d really need help with is help with gas to get us from point A to point B and MOST IMPORTANTLY, money for bills, since my husband isn’t working as much due to needing to help me & watch the girls since I can’t stand longer than maybe 5 minutes, we’re really falling behind on paying them..
And I don’t know how often you’re in the hospital but getting snacks/beverages in there adds up as well. The whole reason we’re going through all of this is because in 2011..2 weeks after my 21st birthday, I found a tumor in my chest, which turned out to be a rare form of bone cancer called High grade Ewing’s Sarcoma of the chest wall...come to find out it was the size of a cantaloupe..I underwent 17 rounds of chemotherapy, 6 weeks of Radiation and also had a surgery where they removed 2% of my lung, 3% of my diaphragm and 3 and a half ribs..I was almost in remission 5 years until I had my routine ct scan in February 2017 (2 months after my daughter was born) and they saw a small spot on the back of my right lung...same side the cancer was in the first time, just on the back of it near my spine this time, in May I had another scan and the spot grew..I had surgery to remove the spot a few days later by having a wedge resection, which is where they wedge your ribs open, deflate your lung, remove the cancerous spot then reinflate my lung and it was confirmed a few days later that I had relapsed and my cancer had metastasized to my lung. When this type of cancer spreads to your lungs..it’ll keep trying to come back....no matter what. So I found out in July that with doing treatments again I’ll only have a 20-30% of surviving this..I just turned 27 in July and I plan on being in that 20-30% and enjoying even more birthdays with my family. So all the help would greatly be appreciated..not only would it take a little weight off my shoulders but my husbands as well who has been there for me every single day.❤️
If you have the time; please take it to watch this short video of my story...it was so beautifully made..I can’t thank the makers of it enough..such beautiful souls

With needing the stem cell transplant and it kind of being my last option, I’ll be in the hospital about a month and then we’ll have to drove to the hospital in Milwaukee 2-3 times a week to meet with the drs to match sure everything’s going okay so saving up for Mays rent and June’s rent might be difficult on top of gas to get to and from and also our truck payment, etc. finances are stressful and I never knew how stressful they could be until I got this sick...with 2 kids. It’s really taking a toll on me emotionally. Please share and donate if you can! ❤️
