Surgery Funding (Half way Mark)

For years and years I've been jerked around by isurance comapnies and dentists. The video explains it all in detail but here's the summary of the situation:

I am down to the last surgery I need to fix everything in my mouth and once again I was denied by my insurance company. I am frustrated and annoyed and ready to give up on this one. I have enough money to cover at least half of what I need however this can't be done in two parts it has to be done all at once.

The claim that was submitted was going to cover at least half (from what I was ASSURED from the dentist) but the claims were denied, why, I have no idea as they didn't deny claims for very similar things in the past (basically the same thing) but a year later they are saying it's not medically necessary for these surgeries? I don't know. I've had no choice but to get everything done slowly because insurance won't cover all of it and I can't afford what insurance won't cover all at once.

I am not asking for the complete price of what I was quoted because I don't need ALL of that, I just need half. So anything that anyone could donate would be very helpful to me. Thanks.
