I have decided to step out on faith and accomplish a dream. Many of you already know my love for cooking, especially BBQing. It is really a passion of mine, I love cooking whether it's for a tailgate or just for family and friends. What you may not know, is that I've always dreamed of having my own business.
Over the years, I have received feedback from many of you that my BBQ is something that should be enjoyed by the world. After visiting the Safeway BBQ battle in DC, and meeting some of my BBQ idols, as well as discussing ideas with my loved ones "BBQ on Cole" was born.
Right now, I am asking you for your support to start phase one, which is a competition BBQ team and catering service. In order to do this, I will need the proper equipment, which includes a smoker with a trailer that can handle competition and catering needs.
Most custom smokers range from $1000 to $6,000. I am asking for your support through Go Fund me, where my goal is to reach $3,000. Please make sure when you make a donation to place your name. Once my goal is reached, I will need your information to contact you so you can have the very first taste of BBQ on Cole!
